The process was quick , informative, exiting,and straight to the point of business.It is my job and my destiny to train and promote others to replace me so I can continue to climb the ladder.Your staff is a reflection of yourself. So in order to be successful you have to promote success.
It was fairly short. All encompassing. Had me demonstrate my knowledge. multiple interviews. Also included shadowing. mreting the cooks that have been there and talking about the contracts we have with vendors.
