Had multiple interviews with different members of the team that all went amazing. Was told I would get a response on whether or not I got the job 2 days after my final interview and never did. Finally got one a week later through text. It is extremely discouraging to interview an applicant 5 times and each interview went well and you are told you are the perfect fit, and then not even get told if you got the position for a week.
