Company wants people in the office 5 days a week. I asked if hiring manager would consider hybrid. The recruiter said she would get back with me but never followed up. It’s been more than a month. The combination of the ghosting from recruiter and full time at the office is a major red flag. Employees want remote flexibility in a Covid/Post Covid world and if companies don’t adapt then turnover will be a major problem.
