The candidate experience was extremely positive. They make every effort to make you feel comfortable while ensuring you are the right fit for the team and organization. First, I had a Skype interview with the hiring manager and the talent director. A couple of days later I was contacted for in-person interviews, which consisted of meeting 8 different individuals across the organization over the course of a half day. I met with 1 to 3 at a time, including a potential direct report, HR representatives, and a selection of individuals across the organization. Every person I connected with was very welcoming and courteous.
