HR personnel took the floor & introduced him and the other interviewer. Then he gave floor to other interviewers and they introduced themselves and the company overall working procedure. Later they ask question to me in different angle to judge my knowledge and expertise required for this position. It was a nice experience indeed.

1st phone interview with HR, then was invited to the office to have a chat with the hiring managers. I had a chat with 3 people, one from HR and 2 from the hiring department. They asked questions about my previous work experience and what i perceived to be my strength and weaknesses.
