I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Brookfield Renewable (Gatineau, QC)
Interview
I was first contacted by the HR person who asked some questions over the phone. After that I had a skype/panel interview with a few of the team members. A week after or so, I had a follow up interview with the other team members. The interview was more conversational which was very helpful. The team members explained their day to day role and the type of work the group did. The HR person was constantly in touch, and I received the offer shortly after the second Skype interview.

Question 1
All questions were extremely standard. Why Brookfield? Have you modeled before? Why this industry? Etc
I overall enjoyed the recruiting process. I applied online and got an email two days later. The HR representative was very nice and transparent about the recruiting process. However, it seems they do not sponsor F1 students; they only handle H1B transfers.
