I was asked to build a presentation around sales programs and initiatives I would implement into the Specialty Sales Channel. I came into their office to present it to a large team of the current Sales Managers as well as other employees that this role would work closely with. Then it was a day full of interviews based around my presentation content and my background. It was interesting to have the opportunity to talk with someone from product, sales, marketing, and customer service. I was able to ask plenty of questions as well during the interviews to gain further perspective on how their culture operates and what a good fit looks like to them.
