Submitted the application. Heard back from recruiter for screening. Met with the hiring manager for general behavioral questions. Later there was a take home assessment. After submitting this, I met with two other team members discussing my answers and other behavioral questions.

Q: General screening questions: tell me about yourself and why this positions.
The take home exam was a supply chain problem and discuss how I would approach this issue, so rather than coding answers I was told to write a small document on how I would structure the problem, what data I would like to have, what information I would like to have etc. I appreciated this because I felt tested for my approach to the problem rather than if I had correct answers.
