Group interviews are done for the positions of hiring at the Rexburg location. It is a collage school town so I recommend if you wish to work here you plan on the hiring rounds to be right before the semester starts or right after one ends.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Broulims (Shelley, ID) in Feb 2020
Interview
Interviewer was very unprepared and rude. She didn't seem to know how to properly conduct an interview. Her questions were all over the place and she didn't really seem to be listening to my answers. The employees all seemed very grumpy and acted like they didn't want to be there. This was at the Shelley location
