I didn't really have to go through the normal interview process with them because I just walked in the office one day and asked to speak with the director. I said I needed a job and I told them about my education, experience... qualifications and they said they don't have an opening now but if they do have one in the future they will get in touch with me. So after 4 months I was offered a full-time position with them. I just went to one more interview with the HR person and he asked me general questions like what my plans are and so on...
