I had phone screen for 30 minutes. In summary, HR would like to know your career history and will ask one technical question. Second interview was three partner. it lasted for 2-3 hours. they asked again about my career path and what I am looking forward to have and learn.

Basic questions. Asked about my work history, wanted to know where I went to school, why I chose accounting. Also wanted to know availability. Other very basic interview questions. Very easy interview.

The interview was with all of the partners in the office. They took turns asking questions. Overall it was a laid back interview and they were all friendly and nice.
