Phone interview initially and then face to face interviews with multiple people. I’m writing a review because it was such a positive experience. The company was very organized and communicative during the whole process. I had brought up comments that I had read which showed slight cause for concern during the phone interview and then during the face to face, it was mentioned how they were handling the comments. That showed the importance of the online perception and culture they are striving for as well as the value they place on candidate interviews and comments. Unfortunately, I wound up not getting an offer but it had to do with not having manufacturing experience, which became a job requirement.
