I met with a hiring manager and we sat in a big room with other interviews and candidates. First they ask you to tell a bit about yourself and then they tell you about the what the unit/ hospital has to offer. Then you are asked about five or six questions and you are given the opportunity to ask questions.

What was a time you saw a patients safety being compromised and how did you handle it?
very easy friendly, Human Resource department and staff was informative, efficient and helpful. I would be interested in further employment with this organization and educational program. I will continue to apply for other positions available.
