I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Brown University Health in Jul 2024
Interview
Positives: Process was very quick. I applied at the end of June, got an e-mail requesting an interview in the beginning of July, then had my phone call with the recruiter a week later. The recruiter was very open, told me about the wants and needs for the role, the expected pay range, and the personality of the Executive. I was told the exec wanted to interview me an the phone call was an opportunity to meet me and tell me more about the role - he expected to be reaching out again in a matter of days with interview date options. Was excited to hear about next steps.
Negatives: Five days after my initial interview I received an impersonal "you're not moving forward for this role" email (you know the one, from "The Recruiting Team"), as opposed to a quick note from the person I had been communicating with for a week. Every interview cannot be a winner, but the follow-up in particular was a very disappointing, demoralizing experience.

Question 1
The questions were largely mine. The was meant to be a quick, "share basics of the role" convo.

Interview
The Interview Process was straight forward - phone screening, followed by a Zoom Interview, then went on site for an interview. I had to wait over an hour to be seen for my interview which was a bit off-putting. I received a request to complete a skills test then was asked to follow up with an additional Zoom interview with the office manager that I had originally done the phone screening with.
