Horrible interviewing process -- avoid at all costs. You'll waste your time. TA/recruiting is clueless and don't understand about the candidate experience. You will not receive any type of feedback about next steps. I don't see this company going far with retaining great talent or even engaging with talent to continue the interview process -- it’s going to be a problem for them.

Question 1
There’s a step requiring completing an assignment AKA free work (no feedback, too). During that interview, they will attempt to get as much info, so they can implement the same approach into what they’re doing. It's a very messy interview process.
