The manager didn't even ask me questions, just if I had served before. I said yes, and from there's he explained the job and workplace and said I could start orientation that day (Thursday is their days) they pretty much hire anyone who has experience i believe

Why do you want to get back in the serving industry?
The interview process was super easy. I was offered a drink upon arrival then waited at a table in the back for the manager to come over. She asked a few basic questions then told one more manager to go over and ask me some more. Then the original manager came back and offered me the job on the spot, and told me what to expect from there: start date, uniform, etc.

Applied online and got a text from them to come in during 2-4pm for open interviews. First interview was very short and seemed more to meet you and go over basic qualifications. Had my second interview and was able to meet with the manager that day as well. Got hired and returned the next week for orientation.
