Interview
I submitted my application and about 2 weeks later they notified me there was a hiring event happening. I went in and had to wait in line for 20 to 30 minutes.
Over all the screening interview was easy. The interviewer was really nice and made you feel comfortable. He stressed the importance of being honest and letting each other know your expectations.
Buc-ees has a strict no cell phone policy while on the job, if they see you with your cell phone while at work. You will be fired.
They let you know what time they should contact you if they wish to proceed. No waiting around wondering if you got an offer.
I would recommend after submitting your application go in and ask for the hiring manager

Interview
Hiring event. Waited in line for 2 hours and then made it to the second round of interviews. Also waited 2 hours to meet with the next manager. It was a very long process and it was for part time work so many people couldn’t stay for long.

Good experience overall. Very relaxed and personal. Felt more like getting to know me than trying to hire me. I really enjoyed it and will likely take the job. Great company with solid management.
