2 phone call interviews with 2 different managers, the first was with an assistant general manager and the next was with the department manager. They largely just want to know that you enjoy working and want you to know that there is just one break - a 5-minute "moment" for food. There is no seating other than the toilets and the managerial offices, and there is no break room - just a standing table in the warehouse, so you have to be able to stand and walk for at least 8 hours a day. They want you to know that the job can be physically demanding with the restocking of items up to 25lbs. They want to know that you can maintain a chipper attitude while working every minute of the shift.
