I interviewed for a Community Manager position and was offered the role. The interview itself was professional, and I was excited about the opportunity. However, after the offer was extended, the hiring and onboarding process became disorganized. Communication was inconsistent, and there were delays and confusion that made the experience frustrating. I appreciate the opportunity I was given, but I believe the company could improve its communication and hiring process to provide candidates with a more professional and transparent experience.

Person interviewing was side tracked so I don't feel I was given full attention. Didn't even seem interested in me at all. Called back to get any feedback and just kept getting the run around. Not even a courtesy call that they filled the position. Very unprofessional.
