Initial phone interview is an average experience at best, however after expressing mutual interest in a job offer. Things quickly turned very unproffessional after the initial phone interview, phone calls and emails went unanswered on the employer’s part. I understand situations and sentiments change however i feel that the interviewee should at the very least receive a response or update to the status of the position. Definitely would not recommend applying with this company!
