Buddha Jewelry interview questions

Informal and little communication regarding next steps and process. Interviews were 3-4 weeks apart. Followed up after speaking with the CFO & CEO and was ignored and no closure. After some time, I had to assume I was out of the running. I feel like making it to the final round should garner an email with an update of some sorts. It's ok that I didn't get the job, but the process, lack of communication, and not respecting my time was disappointing.
