Interview
First there were several screening questions over the phone (why do you want to work here, why should we hire you, when can you work). My in-person interview included two other prospectives, which was a new experience for me. The interviewer asks the basic questions again, then there was an on the floor test. The on the floor test consisted of the interviewer pulling pieces of clothing out of a bag and asking whether we would buy them for the store or not and why. Some parts of this test seemed a bit contradictory (one piece was too commonly found in other stores despite being popular--cardigan was a pass. Another item was fading in popularity but still found in many stores--this dress was a buy. Afterwards there was a personality questionnaire. The overall experience was positive; the staff was friendly despite being a little disorganized.

The people at Buffalo are really nice and cool, the interview went smoothly and they explained everything well. They asked mostly about what brands I like. During the interview, they also talked about love for fashion and trends.

3 rounds. 1st round you are assigned a rack in the store and have to select 6 items, 3 you think will move fast and 3 you think won't. 2nd is a standard interview. 3rd is a reference check and a pricing quiz.
easy, very average interviews but had to do 3 rounds of interviews which was time consuming and seemed like overkill for the job and unnecessary but what ever. managers were super nice and I liked their company mission
