I applied online and received a phone call for an interview about a week later. The preliminary interview was conducted by 2 associate managers. I was asked to choose 3 pieces off the salesfloor that I thought would sell quickly, and 3 that would sell slowly before beginning the interview. They asked questions about customer service as was to be expected.

The people at Buffalo are really nice and cool, the interview went smoothly and they explained everything well. They asked mostly about what brands I like. During the interview, they also talked about love for fashion and trends.

3 rounds. 1st round you are assigned a rack in the store and have to select 6 items, 3 you think will move fast and 3 you think won't. 2nd is a standard interview. 3rd is a reference check and a pricing quiz.
easy, very average interviews but had to do 3 rounds of interviews which was time consuming and seemed like overkill for the job and unnecessary but what ever. managers were super nice and I liked their company mission
