Interview
Three step interview process. The first interview was with the manager, and one of the assistant managers. I went through a bag of clothes and had to decide whether I would "pass" or "buy" on the items in the bag. I was also asked a series of customer service related questions. At the end of the interview, I took a personality quiz. The second interview was a few days later, and it was with the other assistant manager. This time, I was given ten minutes to go through the Dress section and find 3 dresses that would sell quickly, and 3 dresses to sell slowly. During this interview, I was asked questions that were fashion related. We also went over the results of my personality quiz. At the end of the day, I was contacted for a third interview which was decribed as a Job Overview, and the last step of the hiring process.

The people at Buffalo are really nice and cool, the interview went smoothly and they explained everything well. They asked mostly about what brands I like. During the interview, they also talked about love for fashion and trends.

3 rounds. 1st round you are assigned a rack in the store and have to select 6 items, 3 you think will move fast and 3 you think won't. 2nd is a standard interview. 3rd is a reference check and a pricing quiz.
easy, very average interviews but had to do 3 rounds of interviews which was time consuming and seemed like overkill for the job and unnecessary but what ever. managers were super nice and I liked their company mission
