I applied online. I interviewed at Buffalo Exchange (Portland, OR)
Interview
There are 3 interviews, you must know current fashion trends for your city. Make sure you are trendy . The company seems like they want you to be who you are but in fact they just need you to be current and fashionable to the area. It's seemed kinds judgey to me. He pay is not livable either. This is a perfect job for someone who loves fashion and just needs a little extra money. I love the store and think it is a great company but I could not live off of $9 an hour.

They asked me to pick 5 things that would sell quick or slow.
3 rounds. 1st round you are assigned a rack in the store and have to select 6 items, 3 you think will move fast and 3 you think won't. 2nd is a standard interview. 3rd is a reference check and a pricing quiz.
easy, very average interviews but had to do 3 rounds of interviews which was time consuming and seemed like overkill for the job and unnecessary but what ever. managers were super nice and I liked their company mission
