Interview process consisted of three interviews. The first one can be described as more of an introduction to see if you would fit well within the company. My first interview was with the head manager which was super relaxed and comfortable. The questions were pretty standard interview questions about past work experience and questions about personal style. I was also given a wide assortment of clothes and asked if I would pass or buy these items within the store. So my best advice would try to be up to date with the newest trends in the fashion industry and be detailed on why you would pass or buy in those items. I was then called in for a second interview with the assistant manager. In this interview were I had to pick three items from the store that I thought was on trend and three items of clothing that I thought wouldn't sell well within the store again I can't stress that Buffalo Exchange is a company that really stresses the importance of knowing trends so if clothing isn't what you truly don't like talking about all the time then this most likely wouldn't be the best fit. After showing the clothes that I picked, I was given a personality test that list a bunch of adjectives that you would describe yourself. I luckily enough got called three days later for a third interview in which I was hired and shown my results from my personality test.
