Three interviews. If you book the third interview, you've got the job. They're about an hour long apiece. You probably won't be interviewed by the same manager twice. First interview will be asking you lots of questions about current styles and trends, things that were in style last year but not so much anymore, you will be shown some clothes and asked if you would buy them for the store or not, etc. Some other random questions about fashion, like what TV shows or movies you look to for fashion inspiration. Second interview is much more typical of generic interview process, they'll be asking for specific examples of your customer service strengths, why specifically they should hire you, etc. I got surprised by a VERY long personality questionnaire, where you circle words that others would use to describe you and then circle the words you would use to describe yourself. Third interview is a job overview, they almost never bother with it unless they're going to offer you the job. Oh, and seriously don't be late; double-check the time with them and write it down. A guy got his times mixed up and showed up an hour late, and they sent him home immediately.
