I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Build-A-Bear (Birmingham, England) in Sep 2015
Interview
After I applied online a few months before, I was called for a phone interview and then invited to a group interview. In the interview we sat in a circle on the floor and answered questions. We then had to get into groups and act out an advert for BAB (a bit scary as all the other staff stayed to watch!). Then we shared availability and were told that they would get in touch. A few days later I got a call to say I had got the job!
I then had a trial shift where they showed me the ropes and had to do a personality test which asked questions like "have you ever taken cocaine at the workplace?", "have you ever stolen anything from the workplace?" ect.
