The first interview, there were about fifteen of us. We all sat in a circle in the store. We started with introducing ourselves, then the manager interviewing us asked us questions which we discussed until the subject ran out of things to say. Then she asked if we have any questions, and once she answered them all, the first interview was over. I stayed after everyone had left to build a bear for a group of children i teach, and she asked me right there if i wanted to do the second interview, because the two managers there were already discussing who they liked. I said yes, so she took me to the back room and i had to answer an online survey. A personality test, where you answered what would you do if say, an employee stole an item less than five dollars, then less than ten, then less than twenty five. Once i was done i left, and the next day they called me for a third one-on-one interview. There they asked me some basic questions about myself, like my hours of availability and how long i was planning on staying, then at the end they offered me the position.
