Group interview- very simple I was definitely over-prepared. The first stage consisted of us sitting in a circle where we were each asked one or two standard questions. For the second stage we had to recreate an ad for the company using different objects around the store room. Really positive process. Once I’d applied, I’d had an interview and been offered the position within a week. Was a group interview. No formal interview questions more fun/group activities as this fits the role. When I arrived we completed an assessment which took around 15mins. Then we got paired up and had to do a “heart ceremony”. Then we had to pick 3 items and sell it to the group/describe why we picked it.
