it was very casual, just simple questions to make sure i dont have any past criminal activity and no other problems with past employers. it was very simple and i enjoyed the process.
Asked several questions about myself. Asked about availability and personal qualities as well as other things. Took an assessment to evaluate my integrity as a worker. Assessment took around 20 minutes to complete.
