I applied online. I interviewed at Build-A-Bear (Las Vegas, NV) in Sep 2023
Interview
The interview was quick and easy, mainly personality-based questions. I applied online through their official website and received an on-the-spot interview call three days later (short and straightforward). Afterward, the hiring manager asked me to visit the store in person to complete a survey, and I was offered the position.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Build-A-Bear (Lynwood Center, WA) in Jan 2018
Interview
I applied online, and I didn’t receive a call until about a month later, but when i did I was invited to a group interview. At the group interview, the district manager and store manager interviewed myself and 3 other girls. They sat us in a circle and asked pretty basic and easy to answer questions(hobbies, skills, strengths), and had us go in order and answer it. After asking about 5-10 questions, they asked us finish our paperwork and then turn it in to one of them. When I was done, I turned in the clip board and then they set me up to take the integrity test. It was about 50 questions and took me about 10 minutes to finish, and when I was done they said they would give me a call that night to see if I got the job.
