I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Build-A-Bear (Manchester, England) in Apr 2015
Interview
A group interview, about 10-15 people. Split into pairs, had to chat to eah other and then introduce the person to the group. We went around the shop, the manager talked us through the process of building a bear. Then split into 3 groups, we've been asked to design a TV ad. Then the manager talked some more about the job and we had a chance of asking questions and that was it.
