It was a really nice and casual environment--I felt very welcomed by the store staff. I thought they asked some valid questions regarding my comfort stuffing bears and bringing them to life. I was not expecting the dance test, but it was okay all the same.
The build a bear interview was a group interview, we had to sit on the floor in a circle and answer questions, it was awkward and uncomfortable. At certain parts you had to be in a group with people to answer the questions, and if the people who you were with did not answer the questions correctly, that reflected on you all as a group.
