Company wants to see motivational fit using behavioral questions, Meyers-Briggs, and psychological assessments. Nobody gets hired from SM or above who does nail the assessment- internal or external. There are multiple hurdles through the interview process including HR, RM, and COO.

Interview
Very detailed interview process involving all major executives. Expect to take a detailed on line assessment which is scrutinized by a corporate psychologist. They take the assessment VERY seriously, and while they may not admit it, it is a pass fail process. A balance of drive for results and a soft touch with the people skills are expected.
