Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me a situation where you were put in an emergency situation and how you handled it.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Build-A-Bear (Columbus, OH) in Sep 2025
Interview
!!DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!! They will make you do all 3 interviews even if they aren't considering you for the position. They ask highly invasive and illegal questions (i.e. am I considering kids?, why I could not conceive a child, etc). They denied me over the phone and offered me a bear builder position for under minimum wage saying " you having a heart disorder isn't something we want in management".
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Build-A-Bear in Nov 2023
Interview
3 rounds of interview to be just slightly more trusted than the lowest level employee. One in person, one phone, one zoom. DMs are unnecessarily and illegally invasive in their questions.
