I applied through other source. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Build-A-Bear (Waldorf, MD) in Sep 2017
Interview
I was asked to dress casually or appeal to the atmosphere of the work place (appeal to children). I was asked about my previous and current jobs and availability. The interviewer seemed to want to get me comfortable with them.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Build-A-Bear (Bloomington, IN) in Feb 2013
Interview
I went in and was handed a form to fill out related to my refferences and such. We then went to a table and had a conversation about why each one of us wanted to work at build a bear and asked us some questions about our weaknesses and biggest achievements. Afterwords we all went into the store and were told to pick out a bear, why we liked it, and to try and sell it to them.
