Easy questions, they are looking for someone who is friendly and likes kids. Just be upbeat and positive. Also tell them you're good at convincing people to buy extras like clothes, shoes and accessories.

I applied for the Job on their website in October 2014 and assumed that they had just tossed my application aside until they rang me in June and asked me to come in for a group interview the next week. When the interview came there was a group of 7/8 of us and we all sat in a circle on the floor and they asked us general questions like 'How would you describe yourself' and 'Why work at build a bear' etc... It was really informal and they made you feel really at ease and they even finished the interview by playing a party game. When the interview had finished they made sure to mention multiple times that they would RING US whether or not we go the job - this much was explicit. And now 2 MONTHS later and I havent heard a peep and I think it is very rude and disrespectful.
