Build-A-Bear Sales Assistant interview questions

Read a few tips going into this interview, basically it was what i expected. Was a group interview where there was about 10 other people, they said there were 20 no shows so the groups are usually big. We picked a bear and an outfit to represent ourselves and had to talk why is represented us. We then were split into groups to make a mini tv advert for build a bear workshop or a product, you could see the staff were looking and making notes and that was a bit intimidating. At the end they split us into 2 groups so ask questions, i accidentally went with the other group but was told to go back and i think this is because we were the group who weren't going to get the job. They said they'd let us know in a week even if we werent getting the job but i never heard back. You have to be the loudest in the room to be seen or even given a chance and be extremely energetic and friendly because thats what theyre looking for, overall i really didnt like the interview process.
