Very good interview experience, on the phone, via zoom (no face to face) . Both interviewer were polite and well mannered . Explained well the job and the company culture, answered all my questions

You have one interview with HR and then an interview with your potential future manager. The first interview is to see if you would fit in the company, what are your expectations etc... Se second one was to see what you could do, test your level of English (as the position was located in Ireland) and talk with your future manager about your previous experiences and your different abilities. During both interviews, the HR Manager and CS manager did everything to make you comfortable so you could speak without being too stressed

The HR only asked question about my cv and why I wanted to work for them. The told me about the salary and working hours. The phone call was quite easy and short.
