The HR emailed me saying they are interested in my profile and asking my availability to have a discussion. They gave 2 day slots to choose...(like most of the companies say "discussion" for initial round). I thought its an interview as it was scheduled in advance .... So prepared for the interview.. Installed their app, explored their app, read about the company, prepared lots of questions etc.
Finally got the call and after 10mins of explaining my exp, the interviewer said they wanted Automation mobile testers. So I asked your job spec states that its a manual testing role and knowledge in automation. For which they replied "I need to correct the job spec". And also the template. And interview was ended.
Its complete waste of time. They wasted min 1day of my valuable time.
