Initial CV screening 2) 1st round interview in Soho with two product managers - General product sense questions - Why Badoo/why dating - Shown case studies with real data make on the spot product decisions and justify them 3) Task - You are given two broad dating challenges and asked to respond on any medium (I used a slide deck…) outlining how you would solve them. You are also asked what dating app you would pitch 4) Final Interview Day You are at their offices from 10-4pm and I had 7 interviews though this will vary. - Quick interview with HR manager - Head of Product (think some people meet him in round one) - Meet two more Product Managers *Have lunch with the PM's you met* - Meet with engineering leads - this was the hardest for me, product management lifecycle type questions. Make sure you understand the processes around releasing both Apple and Android apps as this tripped me up. They also test your understanding of Agile and methodologies beneath it. - Meet with head of design - Meet with one more PM - Meet with Founder(s) - This was very quick… Andrey was asking me cultural questions as well as showing some hot off the press new designs for Badoo! Worth saying that although the day was intense I felt very looked after and everyone was smiley, positive, honest and gave me a great impression of the company.
