I applied online. I interviewed at Bumble Inc. (London, England) in Apr 2017
Interview
The first interview was a normal conversation about myself and my skills. They gave me a task to execute in some days and until this point all the process was OK.
The second was a real time test, with a team. The requirements for this test weren't the same there was on the job description and the team was with a very "ironic mood" during the process. Some people didn't even know who was I and for what position I was being interviewed. Apart from it, the HR manager was very kind and gave me a good feedback.
Lengthy and then ghosted me. Several phone interviews, a design project test and then a panel interview. You essentially had to design a whole campaign for them for free. The recruiter constantly told me they really liked me and were serious about me all for me to get ghosted in the end.
