Interview
One pre-screening call and two video technical calls.
HR person requested to have 3 calls during the process. He was late for each of them (15-40 mins delay).
There were also two one-hour calls with technical questions conducted by QA guys. No introduction was given, answers had to be given from the very start. The dialog in both calls was held very arrogantly. Intonations were rude, questions sometimes were not clear or even irrelevant.
I find Badoo hiring process to be rude and disrespectful. The company has no corporate culture at all in this area.

Interview
I just had a terrible experience with my interviewer who adopted an aggressive posture trying to show that programming language is like football clubs (please do not say anything bad about ruby), asking nonsense questions unrelated to the daily work. I was also interrupted many times and he seemed to be very impatient and in a hurry. The interview was set for 1 hour but the ended it in 30 minutes as he had to jump to another one. That, together with the fact that my last interview had nobody showing , gives me the idea Bumble is not a serious place to work at.
