Badoo's interview process is one of the finest in the industry I have seen so far. The process was detailed and thorough, properly testing my skill-set and at the same time helping me evaluate Badoo properly as a workplace as well. The major structure for the Product Manager Interview was Product Questionaire / Hangout Interview (Couple of Product Folks) / Written Assignment / On-Site Interview (Meeting the team including the leadership team) The communication and interaction with all team members were great and helped me understand the expectations and process at all times from my first interaction to meeting the Product, Design and Engineering team to help me make a decision as well I enjoyed completing the Assignment (which is an important part of the process) as it helped me understand great things about Badoo and the Product.
