Interview
I found the interview process at Bumble to be a breath of fresh air. Communication was speedy and friendly all the way through, from arranging my initial screening phone call through to an offer being made just under a month later. The interview process was thorough and involved three stages after the screening, which meant I got to meet a good mix of people from the team and was asked to provide and talk through case studies of my work. An important thing for me was that whenever I had a question for the people interviewing me, they always answered in detail with loads of enthusiasm and obvious passion for what they do!

Interview
I was so shocked and disappointed at what I experienced interviewing at Bumble. As a brand, it has a reputation as being very friendly but the two people who I interviewed with were anything but. From the outset, they were both incredibly stony-faced and unfriendly and didn't return my warmth, which made me so uncomfortable during the process and made me not want to work there at all. If this is what the culture is like, Bumble isn't the place for me.
