hacker rank test and then 2interviews. so they sent hacker rank test and then i got an email that they want to do 1st interview and was given a list of topics around which the questions would be. the interviewer came and the first thing he said that the other guy got sick and he dont knw and this is not an interview. he started talking and then talked alot...looked like that im taking a elcture. the guy didnt even saw my cv and said some very odd things. in the end he asked me to contact him in case i need any training :D they were many weired questions...like he said u found a major bug but dev says its minor what would u do. I said im going to log it and then it depends on the deciding person in charge like product owner or tech lead to prioritise...and he said naaa this is wrong....you should talk to the dev agian ....hahaha....obviously it wont be a one liner talk with dev when qa informs abt some issue... what i concluded that the qas in bumble are too dependent on the devs and 80 qas for single app is too much as well.. i asked him wont you log the minor bug...he said NO .....which shows that there is quiet a big loop hole in there processes.
