I applied via their online website. Within a few days, I was contacted and offered an interview via Skype. I gave a suggested time as to when I am available however I was given no confirmation or response regarding my suggested time. A few days later, I was emailed again regarding a suggested time for an interview. Again I responded with a suggested time and again I wasn't contacted until 30 minutes before my suggested interview time. I was offered a face-to-face interview with six different people within the team scheduled for five hours. Out of the six people, three probably read through my CV before the interview began.On the day of the interview, I was asked if I had completed a test they had sent through. Again, I wasn't emailed anything regarding any tests. Generally most of the team members seem really friendly however judging by the interview process, I believe it was a clear demonstration as to how management functions. Overall, the recruitment process was executed poorly and badly organised. Would I even recommend applying at Badoo, probably not.
