Probably one of the worst experiences I have ever had. There seemed to be a real lack of respect for me as a candidate. Firstly the HR person didn't show up to my first call, she then attended the rescheduled call on a 'walk and talk' which seemed a bit unprofessional. She proposed that I go through to the second round which would be a task to present to the hiring manager, however, despite 2 emails and a voicemail she never confirmed the interview. Out of nowhere she emailed on a Friday to ask if I was free to present Monday, I explained that I would need more time as I thought the interview was no longer going ahead and I am yet to hear. Such a lack of respect for my time, if this is how you treat me as a candidate you don't deserve me as your employee.
