I was contacted directly by a recruiter to set up an initial interview. The interview was rescheduled 3 times within the same day and I was only given a 15-30 minute notice. Already left a sour taste in my mouth to begin with. I advanced to the second round where I had a wonderful conversation with the manager. She was a joy and I absolutely adored her. She let me know the recruiter would be in touch within 2 days as they were moving through the process quickly. Fast forward over 3 weeks, and I still haven't heard anything.
I followed up 3 different times with the recruiter and have yet to receive any sort of response. This was an extremely disheartening experience, as Bumble has been on top of my list for a few years. I would like to make it clear I am in no way upset that I didn't get offered the position, I am just disappointed with how it was handled.

The lady I interviewed with was absolutely horrible. She was late, disheveled, and rude. while I am interviewing for a position here, you are also being interviewed by the candidate on whether it’s a good work place to work at.
The interview process began with an initial phone screening with someone in HR. Following that, I had interviews with four different managers. Each stage was organized and provided a good opportunity to learn more about the team and the company.
The interviews themselves were very straight forward. I went through multiple rounds but they ghosted me and I feel they were super unprofessional, Honestly it felt like a waste on my time.
